We want to make online shopping as easy as possible for you! Sometimes the product may not be liked or suitable for you, so you can ALWAYS RETURN IT WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER DELIVERY (receipt by courier or in postal office «Nova Poshta»).
Unfortunately, we are not be able to accept refunds in some cases:
1. After 14 days from the date of its receipt;
2. In case of absence of «Application for return of goods» and «Consignment note for the return» («Invoice for return»), indicating the reason for return;
3. In case of incomplete return: lack of packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, labels, tags etc .;
4. If the goods were in use;
5. Goods that are included in the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 172 of March 19, 1994, are not subject to return;
6. Return of orders paid postpaid.
To make a return, you need to send the following documents by e-mail, without which the terms of return may increase: fully completed in Ukrainian "Application for return of goods"; a copy of the Passport (page 1) or a copy of the Identification Code (of a cardholder); signed "Invoice for the return of goods" (this document is contained in the order).
Return of Orders paid by payment card on the site
To make a return, you need to send to the e-mail (belstainfo@gmail.com) the following documents, without which the terms of return may increase: fully completed in Ukrainian "Application for return of goods"; signed "invoice for the return of goods" (this document is contained in the order). In the subject of the letter, indicate the order number which you return. All data for filling in the consignment note will be indicated in response to the letter with the request for return.
Once you have received a response to your letter, follow next steps: Pack carefully. IMPORTANT! ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST NOT BE DAMAGED (without any tape, inscriptions, stickers and other foreign elements that may spoil the appearance of the product).
The cost of shipping of the Order is not refundable.
Contact the nearest Nova Poshta department and send the goods with the completed documents for return to us according to the instructions that were sent to you by e-mail. Funds are accrued within 30 days of submitting the return application.
Please note! The bank may charge a fee according to the rates of your payment card when calculating fund.
